Stay healthy, wealthy and young!





If you’re always complaining about some kinds of disease or ailment in your day to day life, then there much be something wrong. It means you’re not following the natural order of life. It means your life style is not balance. You’re living in reverse order. Many diseases attack us because of our imbalance life style. Always remember that what we do and what we eat affect our health.



Follow these helpful tips:

 

1.   Early to bed early to rise: Wake up early in the morning so that you can enjoy the fresh environment. Sleep at least 6-7 hours at night. It keeps you fresh for the whole day.

2.  Drink a lot of water: Drink at least 1 litre of water in the morning. Drink at least 6-7 litres of water per day. It keeps you fresh and cool for the day.


3.  Maintain your balance diet: It is very important to maintain your balance diet, because many diseases attack your body when you consume imbalance food items in your diet.  


4.  Eat fresh and green leafy vegetables regularly.


5.  Always keep the menu of vegetable or fruit salad in your food.

 
6.  Eat fresh fruits every day:  It reduces the anti-oxidant from your body.


7.  Drink fruit juice regularly: It helps you to fight against the anti-oxidants.


8.  Avoid drinking cold drinks: Cold drinks contain high amount of sugar and calories which badly affect your health.


9.  Avoid taking oily and junk foods.


10.  Avoid fast foods.

 
11. Avoid too much spicy foods.
                           

12.  Avoid eating too much non-veg food items: Eating regular non-veg food items affects your digestive system.


13.  Avoid over-eating habits: It harms your health. Over-eating habits create digestive problems.


14.  Avoid taking alcohols: It not only affects your life but also injure your health.

 
15.  Avoid smoking: Smoking habit is the main cause of many heart related diseases.


16.  Do regular physical exercise: Do regular physical exercise. It burns the extra fats and other high toxins from your body.


17.  Do regular yoga and meditation: Practicing regular yoga and meditation help you to stress out your mind and body. It gives you positive energies and alerts your mind.

Age spots on your skin




Time and tide wait for none. And our skin bears the brunt of the passing years. None of us want to show that age is catching up, but the age spots on our skin let the cat out of the bag. They mar an otherwise perfect complexion. You can’t stop time but you can find comfort in erasing those age advertisers by using products right from your own kitchen.


Follow these useful home remedies:

 
1.  Rub aloe vera juice or gel onto the affected area twice a day.


2.  Rub the fleshy side of green papaya on the spots and wash with water after 15-20 minutes.


3.  Using a cloth or cotton pad apply a mixture of 2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon orange juice on the age spots. Leave for 10-15 minutes and then wash thoroughly.


4.  Mix together equal quantities of plain yogurt and honey. Apply the mixture on the affected area and wash with water after 30 minutes.


5.  Rub a fresh onion slice or garlic on the spots for 10-15 minutes and then wash with water. Repeat this process every alternate day.


6.  Mix together a spoonful of vinegar and olive oil each and keep it aside for 5-10 minutes. Apply on the age spots and wash with water after 15-20 minutes.


7.  Prepare a paste by mixing 2 teaspoon buttermilk and 1 teaspoon fresh tomato paste and apply this paste on the age spots. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cold water.


8.  Dab a cotton ball in freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply it on the age spots twice daily.


9.  Soak a small cotton pad in castor oil and apply it on the spots gently. Leave for 20 minutes and then wash with water.


10.  Mix cucumber juice and milk in equal proportions and apply on the affected area.  Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash with cold water. Repeat this process twice a day.
