Shiny Hair



                 


* Mix 1-2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar with 3 cups distilled water or rain water and use it as the last rinse after a hair wash.
 
* Warm half a cup of olive oil in the microwave and use a wide toothed comb to work it well into your hair. Cover your hair with a towel and leave for 30 minutes, then shampoo as usual.

* Boil used tea leaves in water and let it cool. Strain and use the liquid as the last rinse for your hair. You can also use flat beer (beer without the fizz) instead.

* Mix together the juice of a fresh orange, 1 tablespoon honey and 5-7 drops sandalwood oil. Dilute with enough water to make a rinse and mix well. Use it as the last rinse after shampoo.

* Mix honey with warm water and apply the paste on your scalp and hair. Leave for 35-40 minutes and then shampoo as usual.

 * Mix together half a cup pf curd and a tablespoon honey. Apply this mixture on your scalp, hair strands and ends. Shampoo after 30 minutes.

* Add the gel of four aloe Vera leaves and 2 teaspoons of honey to your shampoo and wash your hair normally.
 
* Mix together almond, coconut, sesame, and avocado oils with a teaspoon of honey. Work well into your hair and cover the mixture with a towel. Leave for an hour and then shampoo as usual.

* Rinse your hair well after washing it. Apply a generous amount of mayonnaise into your hair and then cover with a shower cap. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water after half an hour and then shampoo as usual.

* Add a little baking soda to your regular shampoo and use it to wash your hair.

* Mix a mashed avocado with coconut milk until you get a smooth mixture having the consistency of a hair conditioner. Apply it evenly from roots to ends. Leave for 20 minutes and then shampoo.

* Apply henna to your hair once every month.

Best Antioxidant for Good Health





Broccoli: It helps in reducing the risk of heart disease and shields us against certain types of cancer. It modulates Oestrogen metabolism and helps lower the risk of Oestrogen-dependent carcinomas like breast cancer.

Carrot: It is rich source of antioxidant beta-carotene, a member of the healing family of carotenoids. It prevents eye degeneration and promotes visions, especially night vision. Beware, cooked carrots contain higher levels of antioxidants than uncooked ones.
 
Spinach: It enriches with Lutein, pigment that protects the eyes from mascular degeneration. It protects the retina from Sun damage by fighting free radicals which can harm the eyes. It is excellent cure for Osteoporosis, heart disease, colon cancer, arthritis and a host of other disease.
 
Tomato: It is a rich source of lycopene, an antioxidant that can prevent mascular degeneration and cataract. It can also ward off certain types of cancer. Tomatoes are also rich source of Vitamin C which helps boost the immune system of the body.
 
Whole grains: The whole grains are rich source of antioxidant. They prevent many health problems. They are the storehouse of minerals, phytochemicals, antioxidants, Vitamin E and Selenium.
 
Garlic: It is a wonder herb. It has got many antioxidants that protect us against cancer, heart disease and the harmful effects of ageing. It also safeguards us against cardiovascular and metabolic diseases as well as cures them. It also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.

Darkened Underarms






* Before bathing, rub a slice of lemon on your underarms in a circular motion.

* Prepare a mixture by mixing equal quantities of lime juice and cucumber juice and add a pinch of turmeric powder to it. Apply on your armpits and wash after 20 minutes.

* Cut a tomato into half and rub it gently on the affected area in a circular motion for at least 15 minutes and then wash with water.

* Mix together 1 tablespoon curd, 1 teaspoon gram flour, 1 teaspoon milk and pinch of turmeric. Apply this paste on your underarms and wash with cold water when dry.

* Prepare a paste by mixing a small amount of turmeric powder with a tablespoon of milk cream and apply this paste on your underarms. Wash with water when dry.

* Mix together lemon juice and honey in equal proportions. Apply this mixture on your underarms 30 minutes before taking your bath.

* Grind dried orange peels and mix some rose water and milk to prepare a paste. Apply it on your armpits and rub gently for 5-10 minutes before washing with cold water.

* Apply potato juice on your underarms and leave for 15-20 minutes. Wash with water.

* Add some sugar crystal to olive oil and mix thoroughly to make a creamy paste. Apply this paste on your underarms and rub gently for 5-10 minutes before washing with cold water.

* Prepare a paste by mixing enough baking soda and water. Apply it on your underarms and wash after 10 minutes.



Best way to start your early morning




Initial wake up: Wake up early in the morning. Don’t stay longer period of time in the bed. It makes you lazy and weak for the whole day. Always remember early to bed early to rise makes the man healthy and wealthy. Morning is the best time to begin anything.

Light: After waking up from your bed take the morning light. Light is very essential for your body. It gives energy to your body. It makes you feel better and charged up. It makes your metabolism strong and your body gets vitamin D. The light which receive by our body controlled heart rate, digestion, appetite and thirst, fluid balance, stress level, emotions, immunity, hunger, energy, blood pressure, body temperature, physical strength, reaction times, sexual appetite, urine production and brain balance and many more.

Wake up to a clean room: Waking up to a clean and organized room has a positive impression upon your mind. Think for a moment when you found yourself inside a messed up and dingy room. Always try to make clean and organize your stuffs.

Fresh Air: Take a fresh air after waking up in the morning. Open the doors and windows of your room. Let the fresh air come inside and the trapped gases are out. It makes you refresh and energetic. It increases your intake of oxygen level.

Exercise or yoga: Do exercise or yoga for 20-30 minutes everyday. It makes your physical body and mind healthy and sound. Don’t do excess of any exercise or yoga.


Cold shower: Take a cold shower. It makes you fresh and all your body’s pores will open up.

Music: Turn on your music CD player or FM as soon as you can after waking up in the morning. Music is huge impact on your mind. It gives you positive impact and makes you feel bliss and enthusiasm. Play your favorite songs of favorite singer. It really helps you to remain stress free.

Food: Start your morning with a full glass of water before you eat anything. Drinking water helps to eject the toxins from your body. Then ten minutes later, you can eat your breakfast. Remember, do not skip your breakfast.

Save your time: Before resuming your daily schedule work, keep every stuff in an organized manner so that you can’t forget anything.

Self-Talk: Self-Talk should be the most important part of any morning routine. In the morning, you need to load yourself with as much as positive mental programming. Try to talk in front of mirror or write down your thoughts in your dairy or read motivational proverbs.
