Head Lice





* Apply onion juice on your scalp. Massing slowly at the hair roots. Let this juice work into your hair for at least 4 hours and then shampoo as usual.

* Add a little camphor powder to coconut oil. Apply this on your hair and leave it overnight. Shampoo as usual the next morning.

* Apply a generous amount of olive oil on your hair. Cover it with a shower cap and leave it overnight. Next morning take out all the lice with a lice comb. Repeat this process once a week.

* Apply a paste of fresh neem leaves on your hair and shampoo when it dries. Repeat this process twice a week.

* Add 15 drops of tree oil to your shampoo bottle and use it regularly.

* Massage your head with mayonnaise and cover it with a shower cap. Comb your hair after 2 hours with a metal nit comb.

* Make a paste of 10-12 bitter almonds and apply it on your scalp. Shampoo as usual when it dries.

* Make a paste of finely powdered custard apple seeds and water. Apply it on your scalp and leave for 25-30 minutes. Shampoo as usual.

* Regular walking can postpone and possibly prevent the development of Type 2 diabetes in over-weight people whose bodies have started having trouble metabolizing glucose.

* Regular walking not only strengthens the muscles but also builds up the bones.

* Regular walking reduces pain in osteoarthritis by strengthening the muscles around the joint.

Keep walking every morning and evening at least for half an hour, it will help you to remain sound health.



Dandruff




 Here are some very useful remedies:

* Add peels of lemon to coconut oil and let stand for 10 days in sunshine. Strain and apply on the hair. Leave for 30 minutes and then shampoo as usual.

* Mix beetroot juice in vinegar or ginger juice and apply on the scalp on the scalp. Leave for 20 minutes and then shampoo as usual.

* Rub the juice of snake gourd on your scalp and shampoo after 20-30 minutes.

* Mix fresh apple and warm water in equal proportions. Massage into your scalp and shampoo after 15 minutes.

* Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water. Grind the softened seeds in the morning to form a paste and apply it on your scalp. Let the paste dry by keeping it for 30-45 minutes. Shampoo as usual.

* Rub a generous amount of aloe vera gel into your scalp and shampoo after 15 minutes.

* Mix together 2 tablespoon green gram powder and half a cup of curd. Wash your hair with this mixture twice a week.

* Apply a paste of fresh neem leaves on your scalp and shampoo after 20 minutes.

* Mix together 1 tablespoon fegugreek seeds, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder and ½ cup milk. Gently massage it into your scalp and shampoo after 25-30 minutes.
