Some useful home remedies to prevent
depression:
Rose petals: Take 20-30 rose petals and boil it
in water for 15 minutes. Allow it to stand and cool down. Then take it 2-3
times a day. This will act as magic to fight against depression.
Asparagus (Shatavari) roots: Grind the roots of asparagus plant
into the powder form and then give it to the patient 1-2 times a day.
Lemon herb: Take 25-30 grams of lemon herbs and
put in the cold water. Allow it to stand for 12-14 hours. Use this ointment for
2-3 times a day.
Apple: Apple contents with phosphorus and
potassium and rich in vitamins. It is very effective for depression. Add a piece
of apple with milk and 1-2 teaspoons of honey and give this mixture to the
patient. It works as wonders.
