Cracked Feet



             


* Warm 3 tablespoon honey and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Gently massage your feet with this. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash with water.

* Mix together rose water and glycerine and apply on your feet everyday at bedtime.

* Massage your feet with olive oil or coconut oil everyday at bedtime. Leave it overnight and wash the next morning.

* Crush a handful of neem leaves and add a teaspoon of turmeric powder to it. Apply this mixture on your feet and leave for 10-15 minutes before washing with water.

* Mix together equal quantities of mango tree sap and water and apply it on your feet. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash with water.

* Gently rub the pulp of ripe banana on your feet. Leave for 10 minutes and then rinse well.

* Pour the juice of a lemon in ¼ bucket of water and soak your feet in it for 10 minutes. Repeat this process once a week.

* Mix together papaya and lemon juice and apply on the affected area. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.

Soft Hands



                          

* Massage olive oil into your hands, nails and cuticles. Slip on a pair of warm gloves and wash after 20 minutes.

* Boil a cup of milk and let it cool. When cool, add 1 teaspoon glycerine and 2 teaspoon lemon juice to it. Massage it into your hands using circular motions and wash after 15-20 minutes.

* Soak hands in a bowl of warm water to which 1 teaspoon cornstarch has been added for 5 minutes daily.

* Mix together melted butter; lemon juice and rose water and massage your hands with it every night before bed time. Leave for 10-15 minutes and then wash with water.

* Massage your hands with a mashed cucumber and wash after 10 minutes.

* Mix together sugar and lime juice and gently scrub your hands with your hands with it. Leave for 10 minutes and then wash with cold water.

* Soak your hands in a mixture of honey and orange juice for about 10-15 minutes. Wash with warm water, pat dry and then apply a hand cream.

* Grind 10-12 almonds in a blender and add 1/8 teaspoon mayonnaise to it. Scrub your hands gently and thoroughly with this mixture. Leave for 10 minutes and thereafter wash thoroughly.

* Prepare a paste by mixing together equal quantities of sour cream and sugar. Rub this paste into your hands for 2 minutes and then wash.

Body Odour




* Before bathing add a few drops of rose water to the bathtub.

* Prepare a paste by mixing enough baking soda and water. Apply it on your underarms and wash after 10 minutes.

* Add a few cups of tomato juice to bathing water and soak yourself in this water for about 15 minutes.

* Rub potato slices on your underarms and wash after 15-20 minutes.

* Add a tablespoon of honey to tepid water and use it as a final body rinse.

* Boil neem leaves and add the water to your bath water.

* Apply lemon juice to your underarms after bathing. Leave for 15-20 minutes and then wash with water.

* Every night bed time, apply peanut butter under both your arms and leave overnight. Wash in the morning.





Hair Growth







Here are very simple tips:

* Add minced onion to your shampoo. Let stand for 15 days and then use the shampoo regularly.

* Massage your scalp with grapeseed oil before bedtime and shampoo the next morning.

* Mix the gel of 3 aloe vera leaves with honey, and apply it to the scalp. Let it set for 20 minutes and then rinse.

* Do not discard the water in which potatoes are boiled. Let it cool, and rinse your hair with it. A daily rinse with rosemary water will also make hair grow faster.
 
* Apply coconut milk on the scalp, massage gently and wrap your hair with a towel. Rinse with cool water after 30 minutes and shampoo as usual.

* Massage your hair with a combination of coconut oil, olive oil and castor oil. Work it well into your hair and cover it with a towel. Leave for an hour and then shampoo as usual.

* Soak fenugreek seeds overnight in water. Grind the softened seeds in the morning into a paste and apply on your scalp. Let it dry for 30-45 minutes and then shampoo as usual.
