Stay Young and Fit!



         

Enjoyment: If you enjoy your work and take an active interest in what goes around you, you are assured of a happy and long life.

Positive attitude: Always be positive in your every approach. A positive attitude to life leads to a riper and longer age.

Sound health: The general state of your physical health and fitness, your weight, diet, how much you smoke and the amount of exercise you take, affects your resistance to disease.

Emotional outlook: Maintain good relationship with your husband or wife, with your parents, relatives and friends.

Satisfaction: Always be satisfied with yourself; whatever you do and whatever you have. Always remember that satisfaction is the greatest remedy of everything. Nobody is perfect in this world.

Optimistic outlook: An optimistic outlook on life, contentment with your place in life and a general satisfaction with your personal worth are of vital importance.

Psychological and intelligence factors: Use your mental faculties and your intelligence level properly. Try to solve your problem with logical point of view rather than emotionally. Freed your mental and emotional disorders as much as you can.
