Anti-Aging: How to look young and longer?



Follow these simple tips:

Hide from the sun: Apply sun scream with good pf at least 20-30 minutes before stepping out.

Drink a lot of water: Water works like a magic on you. It gives your cells the much needed elasticity to keep it firm. It also helps your skin get rid of the toxins that stored in your skin.

Quit your bad habit: Quit smoking. This will keep you young for a long time. Smoking prevents blood supply to your skin and makes you much older.

Sleep well: Sleep enough. This will help in retaining you beautiful and younger looking skin. If you give enough sleep and rest to your body, it will help to grow the hormones.

Eat right food: Always eat healthy food. It helps your skin younger for long time. Fruits and green leafy vegetables are must for your skin. The vitamins and minerals present in fruits and vegetables help your skin to grow healthy and young.

Live a stress free life: Unwanted stress is the major thread to your young and flawless skin. Try to avoid stress and remain cheerful.

Use moisturizer: Keep aside the anti-aging creams. Don’t keep your skin dry. Cover it under a nice moisturizer.

Don’t wash your face too much: Washing your face too many times deprives the barrier oils present in your skin which prevents the dirt getting in touch with your skin. Don’t torture your skin with the soap every time.
