Morning sickness: How to cure morning sickness?


 





Simple tips to prevent morning sickness:


Maintain good balance diet: Always take good balance diet. Your diet should include with proteins and carbohydrates such as whole grain food, brown bread etc.







Lemon: Take a slice of lemon in your food everyday. Drink a lemon juice. Since lemon is very effective for vomiting and nausea.

Drink a lot of water: Drink a lot of water, fluids and fresh fruit juice. This helps to control the body temperature and reduces nausea and vomiting.

Maintain cleanliness: Maintain your bedroom fresh and clean. Expose your bedroom with sufficient sunlight. Don’t stay in darkness, this will increase nervousness and cause in vomiting.


Vinegar and honey: You can take apple extract vinegar with honey every night before going to sleep.





Use good room fresher: It will sooth your nerves and make you relax and comfortable.

Avoid spicy food items: They not only cause morning sickness but also increase the heat of the body.

Take vitamin B: Due to deficiency of vitamin B may cause morning sickness. Take rich vitamin B content diet such as wheat, vegetables, bananas, sea food, chicken etc.

Stay stress free:The more you remain stress the more you get morning sickness. Therefore take more rest and stay stress free life.

Do regular exercise: Do regular physical exercise along with yoga, aerobic exercise and meditation. Yoga and mediation help in controlling your nerves.

Follow good eating habits: Do not eat anything in hurry. Eat slowly. Chew the food slowly, completely and properly.

Do not brush your teeth after having meal.

Avoid drinking alcohol.

Avoid smoking.

Don not keep yourself starve. Drink fresh fruit juice and take some low fat snacks instead of heavy foods.


Some useful home remedies for morning sickness:


Curry leaves: Extract juice from a handful of curry leaves. Add one lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey in it. Drink this mixture for 3-4 times a day on regular basis.

Spearmint: Take a tea prepare by spearmint. This is very effective for morning sickness.

Ginger: Prepare a tea with 2-3 pieces of ginger. Allow it to cool down for a little. Then drink in small sips.





Orange: Take one or two orange in the morning and evening every day. This will help in morning sickness.



Peppermint oil: Boil 500 ml of water and add 3-4 drops of peppermint oil in it. Allow it to stand. Then put in a container and keep it near your bedside. The soothing fragrance of peppermint oil helps in your morning sickness.
