Natural remedies of Acne








Acne is a very common ailment. It can be occurred at any age. It is very common in adolescence and adult. Acne is occurred mainly due to impurity of blood. If the blood is impure, then the sebaceous (Sweat) glands cannot eliminate the waste.




Causes of Acne:

Faulty eating habits: Eating incompatible foods together such as fish and milk, curds and milk etc. 

Sexual desires:  Having sexual desires in adolescence cause acne.

Deficiency of vitamin: Due to deficiency of vitamin A can cause acne.

Menstrual problems: Acne occurs in women and girls due to menstrual problems like irregular or delayed periods.

Processed foods:  Acne  occurs  when eating greasy, oily, spicy and excessive salty food stuffs.

Hormonal changes: Due to hormonal changes acne occurs, like during pregnancy in women.





Simple tips to prevent Ance:

Do not eat cold foods.

Always keep a suitable time gap between meals.

Avoid oily, spicy and sugary foods.

Maintain complete balance diet.





Eat green leafy vegetables contenting with vitamin A, e.g., pumpkin, carrots and other fibrous vegetables.

Consume fresh fruits like orange.

Expose your skin to fresh air and morning sunlight.

Drink a lot of water, at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.



Some useful home remedies for Acne:


Buttermilk: Apply buttermilk on the affected area of acne. This is the best natural remedy for acne. And you can also wash your face with buttermilk twice or thrice a day.

Semolina: Prepare a paste of semolina. Take a thorns of the semolina in milk and prepare a paste. Apply it for 3 nights consecutively. You will see positive result within few days.



Mustard seeds: Prepare a paste with husk of mustard seeds and cow milk. Apply this paste every night and wash it in the morning thoroughly.

Orange peel: You can make a paste with orange peel and apply it on the affected area of acne.

Potato: You can also apply the grated potatoes on affected area of acne. This will give you relief from pain and inflammation.

Tomato: Apply tomato paste on the affected area of acne. This will give you relief from inflammation.

Keep away your eyes from diet and dust.

Wash your eyes with cold water whenever you’re coming from outside.

Take a good balance diet.

Do regular physical exercise, yoga and meditation.





Potatoes: Cut a small round size of potato and put it over your eyes. Keep it for 10-15 minutes and then remove it. This will help in stress and lustrous.

Cucumber: Keep a small rounded slice of cucumber over your eyes for 10-15 minutes. This will give your eyes relief from pain and stress.

Carrot: Carrot juice is very effective for eyes. It keeps eyes healthy and maintain good eye sight. Carrot contains beta-carotene.

Vitamin A: Eat fruits and vegetables content with vitamin A.
