It faces a constant hazardous chemicals everyday from pollution to chemically formulated products. So it is our everyday problems how to care our sensitive skin. And what are the best remedies. Here I tried to give you some very useful home remedies to protect your skin. I hope you guys love it.
Ten golden methods to keep your skin healthy

1. Always take healthy and balanced diet food.
For e.g. fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds, nuts and legumes.

2. Drink a lot of water everyday at least 7-8 glasses.
Benefits: Drinking water helps to gush out harmful toxins from your body. It keeps the skin hydrated and aids in the spreading of nutrients to various parts of the body.

3. Sleep at least 6-7 hours uninterrupted.
Reason: Your skin rives itself when you sleep. It is called beauty sleep. It also adds to glow and beauty of your skin.

4. Do regular exercise- like walking, running, bicycling, and other spots activities.
Benefits: Deep breathing exercises replace one’s dull skin with a glowing look.

5. Do not expose yourself too much to the sunlight.
Reason: The ultraviolet rays of sun can cause damage to your skin.

6. Empty your bowels every morning.
Reason: constipation is the root cause of most of skin problems.

7. Check your anger.
Reason: Distress shows on the skin in an outburst of rushes or pimples.

8. Take sometime to relax. Reduce stress level and keep your mind free. Do meditation or yoga.

9. Say no to smoking. Quit smoking, drinking and avoid excess of caffeine.
