Rashes cause an outbreak of eruptions on the body that
change the way the skin looks and feels. Though not life-threatening, rashes
are often bothersome, uncomfortable or even itchy and painful.
Here are a few home remedies to get rid of rashes:
* Apply aloe Vera gel on the affected area and wash after
10-15 minutes. Repeat after every 3 hours.
* Pour a cupful of uncooked oatmeal into the bathwater and
soak your body in it for 15-20 minutes.
* Apply baking powder on the rash area.
* Apply a dab of toothpaste on the rashes and wash after 15
minutes.
* Warm a slice of bread and place it on the affected area
for some time.
* Apply chamomile tea or dry on the rashes.
* Grind 10-15 basil leaves with 1 teaspoon olive oil, 2
garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and pepper and smear it on the rashes. Leave for
20-25 minutes and then wash with water.
* Apply chopped mint leaves on the affected area.
